I send the parcel in speed post on 10th of july 2024 and today is 15th of july 2024 ....yet the parcel didn't receive by receiver.....which type of speed post is this? Worst experience i have ever had!

It's of no use paying extra money for speed post, because the number of days taken to get it delivered is same as the normal post. Why say "speed post" if the delivery is this much slow??

I booked an item on 10th July'24 for Ghaziabad. Today is 13th July'24. It is yet to be delivered. What's the use of telling the service as speed post service.
