Very bad services.

While a failed to track my consignment, I contact with customers support no. given in portal. A person received my call and informed me that I have to register my post paying Rs.5 online then he will give me the contact no.of my postman and I will receive my mail within 24 hrs.

To collect the Passport, I went in person to Old Pallavaram SO and I found out that the postman was already left for delivery of articles. Got the number of the concerned postman, contacted him, told him that I will be there in 10 minutes and he assured me to wait till I come over. Unfortunately, I missed my way, gone to my residence in 20 minutes. In the meantime without wasting time, he was attending to deliver post in nearby places. On my arrival contacted him, the postman was kind enough to come again, with smile on his face, spoke polite words, without any grudge for the delay delivered my PP. His name is S. Karthick. Thanks a lot brother.

Not speed post, slow Post

Absolute worthless as instead of delivering in delhi, it went to Lucknow.. Don't know what reason they will provide
