It's 7th of day I have not received my parcel which was sent on 29th of june

Parcel sent on 3rd July for within Bangalore delivery not received till 5th July. To check the status contacted 3 mobile numbers - 90645 67418, 7811959804, 9918114061 The person on other side is using not ready give any details, instead using very bad words and disconnecting the call. If the agency has the call recording , please listen to the words used by the person. Very worst experience, I recommend not use this courier service at all

Wrong delivery , it has to be delivered at I 1790, 2nd floor, C R Park, beside Netram Eye Foundation, Delhi 110019. Why it went to Lucknow? Am an Indian Diplomat. Should I bring this to notice of Honourable Minister Sir???
