Very slow and couldn't get the details.

Very poor service. 11 days passed, so far not received my parcel.

Worst service ever they put my courier in hold and showing it as delivered. I called them for my courier they said that it is on hold and I need to pay extra amount to get delivered. They even asked for payment details saying that they would send message then we need to click and pay. If there negative rating I would prefer that

Dispatched a packet to Delhi on 04/04 /2024..still not reached. No satisfactory updates. If it can't reach a metro city on time, I can imagine other towns & cities.

Worst service.. Passport delivery location is in Anantapur (Andhra pradesh) while tracking consignment it shows it got delivered in Amritsar .worst india post service.. Shut down your postal service..
