My courier was dispatched on 3 April 2024 but I didn't receive my courier it's a long time I'm waiting my courier I didn't receive any phone call of postman to collect my courier

Very bad service... always busy and not responding to customers..can't rate it.. such a way our postal department in such a bad state

What does naming ot speed post when you can't even delivery a simple post within 2-3 days when it's been alomst 8 days and still the post is not delivered... i have been put my time and money on this. Very bad service i must say

Very wrost website no proper update I got message 12/4/24 with tracking number when I checked today also nothing showing, and said yr post was not registered. I can't able to track my post. Very worst service and upset me. By S. Sadiq

Such a Worst service I have not received my parcel till now which contains my very important documents which if missed, will never be found. Today it has been 12 days, I have done speed post but till now I have not got the address.

I am a senior citizen, I stay at home 24*7 hours, but in the speed post status it is being said that "Addressee absent-Intimation"
