Not received my speed post on 15-02-2024 shown liked the my house at that time I was at home and waiting my speed post who will take action against delivery man

Very bed service. My mail is showing status is iteam received and stay in Manila post office on 12/2/2024. I did email to Manila post office on 15/2/2024.,but still now no any reply. I could not understand that, who is responsible to talk my complen. Very poor sevice.

I had applied for ATM, one month has passed, I went to the post office to inquire and they said that your ATM has already been delivered, now we don't know. Waste of time worst service ever ever.
