Either postal department should change their courier people. Or the government should hand over this department to private sector. Lot of inefficient, corrupt people who allows to seamstress to fraud innocent people ( yesterday the fraud people attemted to cheat me)

Not received at my home

One of the most third class and unprofessional sub post office i have ever seen

The app is showing that my parcel is delivered but I have not received it yet. No one even contacted me. It's an important bank documents and I don't even know where it is now. Pls help. The customer care number is also inoperative such a pathetic service.

I don't get my passport threw speed post they didn't come to my house and updated status is door locked and didn't connect the call also kindly contact me -7046054165

Speed post is lesser than tortoise Speed. Posted on 5th February. Today is 17th. No whereabouts. What is wrong with you.

This is the worst service, my item has not been delivered yet and it is showing that it has been delivered.

I have send my parshal 12th February from baberu banda it must send on 16th February but 7 days gone they told us that your parshal is yet kanpur ,ya after some time Lucknow I don't know where is my parshal yet they don't tell exactly where is parshal very poor delevery of parshal only paise le late hai don't do anything

One of the most third class and unprofessional sub post office i have ever seen. Frauds and scamers are working out there. My important bank documents are received by them on 15/02/2024 & its out for delivery at same day but that frauds didn't contacted me & not even came to my home. They updated in their that my door was locked. But after launching a complaint on Indian post portal against this PO. Next day they called me for delivery and told me to close my complaint. These guys need to be fired from their jobs in immediate affect because they dont even know to take any responsibility.

Waste people work in speed post still not delivered my debit card

Why the speed post is too slow? The service is very bad, my parcel was send from Dimapur on 9th Feb 2024 and still not yet received. The tracking results show that it's reached Kolkata in 14 Feb, and today is 16. And there is no sign of details of moving my parcel from Kolkata.

Very poor service My speed post article received by RsDelhi TMO on 15/2/24 and dispatched the same at 11.48am.After that no information of my article has been given up to 16/2/24 at 4.30pm

Not received my speed post on 15-02-2024 shown liked the my house at that time I was at home and waiting my speed post who will take action against delivery man

Very bed service. My mail is showing status is iteam received and stay in Manila post office on 12/2/2024. I did email to Manila post office on 15/2/2024.,but still now no any reply. I could not understand that, who is responsible to talk my complen. Very poor sevice.
