What is going on with your delivery dues and queries with every parcels booked? The tracker showed item received while I'm bewildered with when and how? Don't you have our contact info? Why not call the receiver and deliver the item?? Nowadays every delivery is done this way because it's less time consuming and more secure and furthermore don't show item received without any proof

Very poor no responsibility, even our reviews are useless because it intentionally destroying the quality of services, my item dispatched on 30th, January and still in transit.

Nov 2023 my item dispatched. Till now not received.

Very very bad service

The item is still not received. I am waiting for 10 days for the item

Tracking number says delivered 15days back. Post master says item not received to post office. Worst service. This is the reason people opt for private service providers. Wher to complaint now?

My speed post parcel received at NSH 1CBPO on 10 Feb 24 and pending with them till now. When I will get my speed post parcel.

Very worst service what kind of parcel will ask for payment and some weird forward message never seen such a bad customer service i entered my PIN code right its your end mistake you better get it checked or I will register complaint further

Not movement from 10th February to 12th February

Parcel was still not received more than 10 days

It takes to much time give name by speed post what is speed post it should be arrived by 2 days it takes 7 day poor service bad service.

One of the fastest courier services in India but still I don't receive my courier. I think my courier is going on an all India trip. This is happening in all other states except my state. I am proud of my courier
