No phone call from your employees for parcel and they send back to sender. Very poor service. If you are not able to serve properly then why you are taking the customer service. Please improve your service and communication.

What the issue is happening please kindly reach out us by contacting we have provided our contact numbers also why you people are not calling . We provided 2 numbers please kindly call us . Because you are not calling us keeping issue location not found when am calling to customer care it's connected to fraud call . They are asking to pay money then only you will get passport .what service you people are providing us . Kindly please reach out us with our contact numbers .

What is going on with your delivery dues and queries with every parcels booked? The tracker showed item received while I'm bewildered with when and how? Don't you have our contact info? Why not call the receiver and deliver the item?? Nowadays every delivery is done this way because it's less time consuming and more secure and furthermore don't show item received without any proof

Very poor no responsibility, even our reviews are useless because it intentionally destroying the quality of services, my item dispatched on 30th, January and still in transit.
