It took nearly 8-9 days to deliver the parcel instead of 3-4 days. That too after constant follow-up. I think, customer service is declining in some parts of the cities. The Management should read the reviews regularly to upgrade or improve their service.

They are the number one fraud, cheaters,they are trying to get our address through sending the link in watsapp, so be careful everyone , kindly don't trust them.
