I sent a parcel from Mumbai to Sankara, Sundargarh, Odisha on 25/10/24 , but till 5/11/24, it is in transit, it is wastage of time and money, I will never book any parcel through this service, worst performance and service

I had a terrible experience with The Professional Courier, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs reliable and timely delivery. First, the package was delayed well beyond the promised delivery date, without any updates or communication from the company. I had to call multiple times to get an update, and each time I was given a different answer with no clear information on where my package actually was. When the package finally arrived, it was damaged and in poor condition. The packaging was torn, and items inside were dented and scratched. It was obvious that my package had not been handled with care. Customer service was also a huge letdown. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to lodge a complaint. The representative seemed indifferent and didn’t offer any meaningful assistance or apology.

Very very bad service

WORST SERVICE - I have sent the courier from Hyderabad on 28.10.2024 but even till now ie at 8.20 PM on 04.11.2024 the package is not delivered. Infact it has reached half a kilo meter from the destination address. But they have MARKED AS MISROUTE and returned to the Chicka Begur HUB. When called MANY MANY TIMES there is NO REPLY ----- Vidya 9848633155

Scammers..... Didn't received my order but they sent a email that it is delivered

My parcel which was send 10 days before not yet reached. This is one of the slowest and worst service providers.

Worst service, they are sending one Application in what's app & asking to pay registration fee 5 rupees, how the customer believe this type app & pay now a days in lot of online scams? We proposed to COD, but those are not agreed & they said that return the parcel to shipper..bewakoof service..
