A package was to be delivered, I live in a secured building, which the shipper knew. The driver left a notice on the outside of the building where there are homeless people walking around all the time, plus other residents. Never notified me they were out front with the package, then left with package to drop off at pick up site. Get to pick up site 2 says later and they don't have package. Call ups and it's on a truck, might be a few days before they can get it to me.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
