So. Freaking. Slow!!! Every other parcel delivery service has had some minor delays, but every UPS delivery has taken at least a month for a domestic package that was originally going to take 5 to 7 business days. I can understand maybe taking a week longer, but this is crazy! Not enough staff, customer service is terrible, and heaven forbid you have to track something. It doesn't give any details until right before it's delivered. Good luck getting anything from this company on time.

  • Package shows it’s here in Springdale and tryed to pick it up and as usual I’m told the truck isn’t here it will be here tomorrow but every time it will show out on a truck for delivery .

  • UPS has gone downhill over the past couple of years. I can't get over how bad the service is. Tracking is about as reliable as a Ford Pinto.

  • Frustrating- the info states the package started in Shrewsberry which it not but in Plymouth. I’m very concerned.
