We shipped package from Greeneville Tenn to Niagra Falls NY on July 30. Today is August 12 we received e mail today 8 12 stating our package is in Niagara Falls NY, on Lafayette St at UPS, however no one else can verify, I called Laurel MarylandUps,refused to help,someone is not doing their job,if package cannot be found,we are grandparents 77 and 78,granddaughter is 6,we are all dissapointed,Tomas and Jane Koziol,Grace Sobotko Priority mail has better service at this time ,including delivery and customer service

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
