UPS review by Not impressed.
Ordered item from Amazon, for some reason they delegated the task to UPS. Someone was in all day, never left the house due to bad weather. When I checked status of delivery it said item delivered. When I used the UPS tracker, turns out it's been held at an 'access point' although no address has been given. I imagine I'm supposed to guess. No delivery card left, no email sent, no call or text sent. I gave it one star purely because I couldn't give it any less.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
