This will be my last time to use UPS. I send a small package to nepal an urgent document ( one piece) on 26 October 2020 and was schedule for Sunday November 1st, 2020 but was not delivered until Tuesday the 3rd. I phoned the local store where I sent it from they did not know the status of my package they just told me it is in Hong Kong on November 06, 2020 and has been rescheduled for November 9th, 2020. I could use my national post( canadapost). Sorry Canada post for underestimating you. Never ever to use UPS ever again. It’s not worth paying c$131.0 for a piece of urgent document. And I doubt it will be there on this Sunday.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
