I paid for expedited shipping and it is anything but that. Sent on the 23 and was to be delivered with signature on the 28. It went to a facility that is in the opposite direction of the destination and has been sitting there ever since. This being the 4th, I am NOT impressed. When I called for an explanation they said someone would get back to me. I better be getting a call today. I also said that I would like a refund of the extra expenses to send the pkg expedited. They said I needed to contact the ups where I sent it from. Really poor service. I also could barely understand the woman on the call.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
