Our package was left in the snow bank where our driveway meets the road, 500 m from our home. Had my son not found it there while out for a walk, we would have no idea where it was so-called "delivered". Our driveway, although long, is easily accessible for any vehicle and the mere 2" of snow shouldn't prevent any delivery driver or vehicle or they shouldn't be driving. I am very disappointed at the lack of respect for our property (the package in question) and would like an explanation by the driver as to why they chose to toss our property into a snow bank so far from our home with no notice.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
