This is the very first time that a delivery was dropped at our open gate .1 mile from my door. It is normally put on my porch. I have never had to look for a package there and would not think to do so. The package was not found until 2 days later. There is no good reason for that to have happened that day. Someone could have easily taken that package. Could have easily been left at a relatives house across the road, as they have in the past. This is unacceptable practice.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
