They received waited til 630 in the evening to tell me that my package wouldn't be delivered because of sever weather conditions. I guess 48 degrees and a slight rain i severe, or its the fact that they pack there trucks to the gills and require there drivers to follow a strict route time, forcing them to drive like idiots. So ya then I guess a little water on the ground could be dangerous. Whats sad is I live less than 30 mins from where it shipped out from and now I have to wait til tomorrow frigging evening to get my package because even tho I was supposed to get it today ill be the last delivery of the day tomorrow. I think i need to start using fed ex

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
