I have been checking the tracking number of my package and the info has not changed in last 5 days. I am on East coast and my package is on west coast. It left the seller location and went to UPS. It left that facility and went to next stop, a few towns away. It has not moved from that position for 5 days. I'm not really sure what is going on. I have called and asked a few times but no one can give me an answer. I know we are in a pandemic but also I have personally witnessed people using this just as an excuse. So, No, I am not real impressed with UPS service or customer service!

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
