I’m so disappointed with your service. Up to this time I haven’t received the package. It was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday May 26 and you send us a email that it will be delayed. I was expecting that i will get it last Friday but I wasn’t able to get it again. I was trying to track it but you never update your system. We’ve waited for you last Friday because it says that there will be a signature needed for me to be able to get the package. Upon checking it says that it will be delayed again for the second time. Later this morning May 29 I called again and I found out that the package was lost?? I’m so disappointed

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
