This is my 1st time using UPS but it is a very disappointed and frustration experience. In 2 days, I have to call UPS agent 4 times to have my husband's parcel finally been picked up. I already have the UPS prepaid label and printed invoice. It is just a simple pickup service and just don't understand why UPS has made it so complicated. No driver shows up for the pickup though I called again and again, talking to different agents. Finally the driver came but he just took the parcel and left without the invoice which I place on top of the parcel. I ran out of the house, waving the invoice and want to stop the driver to drive away. The driver saw me but he just waved his hands indicating he didn't need the invoice. My husband later receive an email saying "The status of your package has changed. UPS initiated contact with the sender to obtain clearance information. Once received, UPS will sumbit for clearance. " I was so upset that the UPS service and so I filed a complaint. In future, I'll seriously consider whether I should use UPS service again.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
