I had to send my phone off for repairs to Samsung that I bought 4 months ago. On the 13th and have on my doorbell camera me recieving the box and the ups driver allowing to put the phone in the box and giving me a sticker. And they never received said the box was empty. Now it's under investigation for 7 days. I called the 7th day they then say it has to go through further investigation and no idea how long that will take. Now at 16 days without a phone. Every time I call I get conflicting stories. It's ridiculous. Also had a check sent overnight and it's still not arrived from Georgia to South Carolina. So disappointing

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
