Ordered products from Amazon to vacation home in Maine ( we have received many packages over the years at that address) failed delivery on July 01 said apartment # missing ( house # is posted by street) called ups would be delivered next day, did not show, called back would be delivered Tuesday July 5 did not come, called Amazon they put ups on the line was told it would be delivered next day, did not show called Amazon again same story for next day, still no package , wasted 1 1/2 hours on the phone and over 10 days there , Amazon canceled order. Days later received notice package was being returned. Could not replace one of the items out of stock. And now almost 3 weeks after it was to be delivered getting notice of package whereabouts, ups people we spoke with 4 times could not get it delivered.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
