Not good at all. I did a Chat to get a time frame as to When UPS would pick up my package, Pearl on the Chat sent me to a link for an computer expert which required me to complete a form asking for my credit card information and charging me $1. Why am I being charged a Dollar to find out when they will pickup my item? I tried calling, that was worst, the message Robot, could not understand my tracking number therefore I couldn't speak to a Human at UPS because the Message Robot could not understand. HORRIBLE!!

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
