It's interesting that I receive 20-30 deliveries a month from shippers with no issues, except for UPS. UPS seems to have a standard response to a late delivery: "The shipment may be delayed due to an incorrect address". Bogus. The package address is 100% correct and the same address all other shippers seem to have no issue with. Also like my past UPS experience, I then receive a UPS notice: "Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery", from which I must surmise that the driver couldn't be bothered to buzz when delivering to an apartment. This is also completely bogus as I waited all day for the delivery with no call. Please Vendors do not use UPS unless you want to lose your customer.

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!
