My package has been with UPS since 12.12.2022 which is supposed to be delivered by 22.12.2022 but untill now the package is still in a scan house in koeln.de scan house not even in my state yet. No contact No mail option As of now ,I cannot say anything is true about UPS, even though I see there Delivery Vehicle every morning. The company is not to be trusted, I am still waiting for my package hopefully before 31.12.2022.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
