They never deliver to my address. They always leave it at a pickup location. It specifically says in my settings to deliver to my address and no where else. I was home all day one day and got a notification that my package had been delivered to a pickup point. No one showed up, no note saying we missed you. Just being lazy and dropping all there packages off in one spot. Now I have to get a bill with proof of address to get MY OWN PACKAGE!!!!!

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
