I'm really to the point of a damn lawsuit now. Yesterday they came by said they had lost. It wasn't on the truck and told my husband that didn't have a tracking number. Call the company that sent it to me. Low and behold. There's a tracking number put that in on their website. It was supposed to be here by 7:00 today according to their website called them no call back. It's now 7:29 that damn debit card's got a lot of f****** money on it and they have lost it or stolen it not to mention their employees are not helpful. I'm not seeing a bit of help getting this card actually in my hand. I ordered it Monday. Paid $13.50 to have it fast track to me and it is now over 24 hours late because I ordered that thing first thing Monday morning. It is now Thursday at 7:30

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!
