Ordered new cell phones from Motorola. Supposedly it was going to arrive on October 3. However UPS came by on September 29th when no one was home and left a note that they would be back the next business day. Theoretically they dropped by October 4 but left no note. Since then nothing There's a Depot in town that hasn't seen. Checked with the tracking map and it shows that my parcel is on its way to North Carolina only 2000 miles from our front door. There

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
