I had ordered some sweets from Indore, India. They were sent by UPS courier. It took them just 4 days to send the paecel from Indore to Mumbai to Ney York. It reached New York on 2nd November. I am still awaiting the parcel to be delivered in Westford MA. It us 7 days after it reached New York. 4 days for 12000 miles and more than 7 days for 400 miles. Definitely not efficient!!

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
