Theft: Do not use UPS. Incident Description I packaged the iPhone according to the instructions in the box I received. I dropped it off on November 6 at the local UPS store. I have a copy of the drop-off receipt. I added extra tape to the box to ensure it didn’t open in route. I contacted Apple Canada on Nov 11 when they notified me the box was empty on receipt. I noted that a female clerk at the UPS store took my box, but upon further review of the package drop-off, the cashier documented themselves as "Mike," not a female.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!
