I went to pick up my letter at the address that the app indicated to me, a convenience store, the owner, an Asian, Chinese woman, very reluctantly told me that I had to pay 8 dollars, I told her that the shipping had already been paid, she said that If he wanted my package that was it, then he asked me for a photo ID, I gave it to him, but he said I didn't look like it in the photo, I presented him with another one and he said it didn't have my address, I presented him with my passport and he said I needed one with photo and my address, in the end she went to look for it and told me that she didn't have the package, that I had to call UPS, she was very rude, very bad service, I would never want to return to that place

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!
