My building intercom went bad. A not was left at the intercom advising all delivery persons to call the recipient directly. UPS delivery person came to my building but did not call and did not leave a note. I called to find out the problem with my package, was told I was not listed on the directly of the building. I informed them that the directory/buzzer was faulty and they should have called or left a note. Begged them to drop off my item at the nearest pick up centre, so I can pick it up myself. It's been 5days, no one can tell me the whereabouts of my package. Very horrible experience

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
