Yes me too I sent a package to ontario bc from Vancouver over night delivery November 23 my guy friend said he never received it we looked into after a few days they said it was lost so we checking and to this day both me the sender and the receiver haven't received the package, east Indians said they shipped it out but they only crested the label but no package was attached this is in vancouver bc commercial drive store # 477 the lady never sent out the package she kepted it

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
