UPS has gone DOWN HILL IN A BIG WAY!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CARE WHATSOEVER!!! My parcel hit Portland on the 13th.... it's now the 18th... We'll see!!! But I'm not holding my breathe!!! Also, why is it we buy in the US... from a vendor in the US..... But when you have an issue.... You are sent to Central America for support???? WTF does anyone in Central America know about what's going on in the US??? On the 15th they said it was delayed a day... I asked if they could just hold the package at the facility and I would just pick it up....She told me that was not an option since it hadn't been attempted to be delivered yet.... On the 16th.... Got another late notice.... So I call them back.... and now they can't find any information on the package to hold it.... TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!!

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
