What kind of a stupid currier company is this? Someone's transcript was sent through useless currier service for the past 21 days now, and your tracking keep saying Lagos Nigeria!!! For Nigeria to allow such a mess of a company to company to continue operating in Nigeria means that Nigeria itself is a gone country. Ups license should be retrieved and chase out of Nigeria completely because they don't have what is takes to operate as a company.

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
