The worst service I have ever used. I was eagerly waiting for a package under express delivery and took off from work because of the packag because signatures were required. Driver didn’t even bother him/her self to ring the door bell or knock so that I could come and sign he/she simply left the note that he/she attempted the delivery and now I have to pickup the parcel on Monday and it’s just Friday today and I have wait too long for the package. I wish I could give 0 starts. This is really ridiculous.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
