UPS review by Seriously?
It's incredible we were supposed to get a phone replacement for my son whose in Hawaii for college, there was an error on the address so they could not delivered, understandable, however when we found out they said that because of a note from sender rhe address could not be changed. So asked the insurance company to call and change the address since the phone was already in Hawaii we thought just change the address and deliver problem solved, NO CHANCE they had to return the package back to TX and send another phone to HI, it has been two two days and when checking their tracking system its been at the airport in TX the entire time. Please tell me HOW DOES IT MAKE SENSE if all they needed to do was change one digit WHY?

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
