Ups like fed ex will always be terrible and they will never change and they just don't care. The drivers are usually lazy and do not fulfill the actual full job of delivery. If u live in an apartment your in trouble. They don't even bring it to your door. They leave it somewhere where it can be stolen easily. Their all rude and angry workers from the depot to the drivers. They don't care. And there is nothing we can do about it.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
