My bank in Canada sent me a letter to my Hong Kong address. The package was sent on Feb 22 and arrived Hong Kong on Feb 26. However, the first attempt to deliver was made on the March 13 while there was no one home to receive it. A note was left on my door notifying me of the delivery failure but there was no mention on when will it be delivered again or should I contact them for pick up. UPS is supposed to be a courier service and it was 3 weeks already and I still have not got my package. My bank could have sent it by regular airmail and save the postage and get a faster service.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
