Schedule the return, pick up.Put the item outside my home the night before to make sure if the driver came a little earlier it would be there. When he came to my Hohe looked around and saw that there was only one box there and because it was a large box he decided he would just put the note saying that he attempted to pick it up. I have him on camera. Made no attempt at all. To even move the box from my front porch. UPS Should hold the employees accountable.He could have ring the doorbell if he was having an issue with the box.Instead, it was easy to just throw a tag on a sandwich.You tried to pick it up and didn't. My husband is recovering from cancer and had to take the box with my son to the UPS store.So it could be returned on time so that I would be reimbursed. Shane , shane. Want a pay check but don't want do the work.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!
