I purchased an item from Ohio it was very fragile glass electronics. The seller took it to the UPS packaging/ shipping center near him. The UPS packaging store packaged my item and then shipped to my address in Texas. The item was insured through UPS for the total amount which was $ 800.00 upon arrival my item was completely totalled all glass broken and extensive damage to the main electronics of the device. Beyond repair. I contacted UPS where the item was packaged and shipped. With absolutely no satisfaction. Accepting no responsibility for their actions and or any satisfaction of my item purchased . They were contacted by the seller who resides near there and by me as the buyer.. To this day I'm still out of my item+ the $ 800.00 I paid for it.. my opinion UPS is the absolute worst with no respect for what they do or other people's property.

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!
