I've sent a package through UPS on 3/11/24 to Macon Georgia. It was received in Atlanta, Ga on 3/13/24 with a status of: Delayed. Today is 3/22/24 and the status is still the same and I can't get any help from UPS advising me why my package has not been delivered, it's just sitting there with NO Explanation of how we can rectify this situation. It's a shame the way they service treats there customers.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
