I paid $238.++ to have overnight from Washington State to NY, NY....! They flew overnight got it there at 0548 (I thought WOW THAT IS AWSOME)! That was Friday 0548, it it NOW Tuesday night 1800 NY time.......so can anyone guess where my overnight express package is??? At UPS building on Broadway and Reads street STILL! After fighting with AI and put on hold 11 minutes to speak to human that told me oh so sowwy so sowwy ahuh ahuh ahuh ok we get big man boss call you ok!? Still waiting for call, and now it will not They lie they lie! They are per map be delivered till tomorrow 6 days late! I was told "it is out on truck" since this morning but shows it never left the building! They are even on the same street as delivery address. Going to Broadway & 51st! I could have hired a pigeon and gotten there sooner! This is a $6000 package and it is insured and has 1person to sign for it! WOW WAS THE RIGHT RESPONSE! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN! I would give -5 Stars

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
