And again: UPS says, it has been at our home, but nobody was there. My husband and I were both at home. I'm waiting for a whole month now for a fabric that was supposed to become a dress for an occasion that has passed now. Two weeks ago I exchanged mails with a service member of UPS. She told me right into my face, that I was lying...! Then she wrote into the system that I had asked for a pause of two weeks. I had NOT! They write whatever they want into their computers, and one can do nothing against it. It's a pure horror. NEVER, never again IN MY LIFE I will use UPS.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
