You know I ordered something and it said it'd be here on the 28th and every single time that I have to go through UPS and it's not by choice that when that day comes the 28th now they add another 4 days on top of that before my package possibly will get delivered It was shipped out of California I live in Washington State and went to New York now it's in Illinois and that's as far as I got on it now why in the hell did it go from California to New York when I live two states above California something just don't add up

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
