Their customer service automated help is not friendly user when trying to track a delivery not receive on the scheduled date. After a deep search The system stated that a delivery address was missing. When open an online account I discovered the my address was listed not once but twice. By use of te online account I attempted to delete one of the addresses but the prompts would not allow me to do so. So I went back to the automated help and after a long round about process it ask if I wanted to talk to someone in customer service by way of phone, text or email. When I selected email the system prompted me to open another account in order to send an email. Warming if there is a issue with UPS delivery. You are screwed, resolving the problem is nightmare. From now on if a vendor use UPS for shipment I will not order from them.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
