First time I have ordered anything from a company that uses UPS, and I am not impressed. The item has now turned up but I had 3 different delivery dates given, one for 03/04/24, one for today 04/04/24 and another for 06/04/24. When tracking yesterday it was out for delivery, tracking today showed it was as the local depot! Today I had two texts both with different delivery times. They seem very hit and miss and tracking is not accurate. That the driver was friendly is the only positive

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!

My package never arrived on 5/22 when computer states it arrived at 12:13pm. I was home. What's the deal? You are making this very hard to figure out next steps.
